 Spencer Boarding Kennel Certified pet care provider. Member of the American Boarding Kennels Association (ABKA) and the Spencer Chamber of Commerce Welcome to the Spencer Boarding Kennel web. We provide boarding for your pets at our kennel located in Spencer, NY. Our family run kennel is located in a country setting about 18 miles south of Ithaca, NY. The kennel offers a large 5600 square foot fenced play and protection areas for your pet, and a new 1/2 acre fenced in play yard. There are a number of options available for you and your pet.
